
曾凡锁,教授,博士生导师,“龙江学者”特聘教授,林木遗传育种全国重点实验室“东北珍贵树种遗传改良”研究组组长(PI),林木遗传育种分会委员,黑龙江省细胞生物学会理事,生物科学专业负责人。美国普渡大学(Purdue University)访问学者。主要从事林木遗传改良与林业资源高值化利用研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、国家重点研发计划子课题、黑龙江省联合基金重点及横向项目等20余项。多次为省林草局及多个林业局提供咨询服务,与企业合作开展白桦木质部汁液开发与利用研究。发表学术论文60余篇,获得授权发明专利10项,审定林木良种及授权新品种12项,出版专著1部,获梁希科技进步一等奖、黑龙江省科学技术二等奖和三等奖各1项,主持黑龙江省一流课程建设(细胞生物学),获省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项,承担本科生和研究生课程5门,获本科教学质量一、二等奖、优秀本科生导师及优秀研究生论文指导教师等。

研究领域与专业特长:
包括珍贵树种遗传改良与种质创新、重要目标性状形成的分子基础及细胞工程利用。重点以珍贵树种为对象,深入研究生长、木材品质等性状形成的分子细胞学基础和环境适应机制,开展珍贵树种聚合育种,丰富遗传资源,同时利用全基因组选择及基因编辑技术,培育速生、优质、高抗及多用途的良种和新品种,并进一步解析杂种优势形成的分子机制。开展抗逆次生代谢途径解析及植物活性物质规模化生产与细胞工程利用的研究等。
